Runs from SR-1 in Oxnard to SR-118 in Saticoy

State 232 is a rather short State highway. It serves as a connector between State 118 and US 101. It used to connect to State 1 in Oxnard before that route was relinquished. Plans called for a freeway alignment of this roadway closer to Santa Clara Avenue.
