State Hwy 94 is one of the original State highways in San Diego. Starting in downtown San Diego on Broadway, it headed east eventually turning onto Market St before leaving the downtown area. Hwy 94 then followed Federal Blvd and Broadway through Lemon Grove. East of Lemon Grove, it turned onto Campo Road, where just east of Avocado Blvd the current highway runs today. After Jamacha Junction, it heads east passing through Jamul, Dulzura, Potrero, and Campo before ending at I-8 in Boulevard. Much of the highway passes though scenic and undeveloped lands.
