Western Avenue
Runs from 25th Street and Western Avenue in San Pedro to I-405 near Torrance

Route 213 is a newer sign route (1970’s) and serves as a major street in the Los Angeles area. Western Avenue continues much further north past I-405 eventually running into the Hollywood area where it has two subway stations (Hollywood/Western, Wilshire/Western) on the Metro Red Line. The route is entirely four lanes or more and a city street.
