Roadbed nearing completion near the future I-15/I-210 interchange. This section of Highland Avenue no longer exists. It was removed in August 2000.

May 2000:

This sign was installed even though no pavement existed yet on the ramps. The ramp to I-15 south wasn't even complete yet. As of 9/00, the 30 shield has been covered over.

Sign overlay as well as the sign itself were damaged in a wind storm. High winds are fairly common here especially in winter months. Freeway construction has progressed to Sierra Avenue as of September 2000.

September 2000:
