US 95

US 95
Intake Blvd / Searchlight Highway
Runs from I-10 in Blythe to the California / Nevada Border north of Goffs
Outside California runs from Mexico at San Luis, AZ to Canada near Bonner’s Ferry, ID

US 95 follows the eastern edge of California, running though the eastern Mojave Desert. It serves as a busy connector between I-10 and I-40, as well as an alternate route to Las Vegas. The road is almost entirely two-lanes in California. From I-40 to Arrowhead Junction near Goffs, it follows former US 66. US 95, in the 1925 US Highway plan, was to be US 91 and would have ended at US 66. This was never signed as such.
